Recieving blankets as inserts for our pocket diapers.
- Do you have any baby blankets that you no longer use? - flannel ones - like the typical recieving blanket ones like Gerber makes. We can use those as inserts!

One of the many things I love about cloth diapering is how flexible you can be with what you use!!! This is a great idea! I've used receiving blankets as flat fold diapers several times between laundry loads!
ReplyDeleteI cloth diapered my babies using pocket diapers. The best insert ever was a simple microfiber towel. I could buy them for $4.95 for a pack of 5 in the automotive section of WalMart. It's been a few years since I cloth diapered so I don't know if that price is still the same for the 5 pack. I do know it's a super deal for absorbancy for the price! All the best!
